COACHING PHILOSOPHY

I currently coach soccer in the Mid-Michigan area for Jackson College, Michigan Rush and Hillsdale College. I see soccer as the world's greatest available tool for inspiring the Self-Actualization of my fellow humans. Simply put, I use soccer to help people realize their potential. Through Transformational Leadership the player's are provided with Peak Experiences (moments where you connect completely to the present moment, or are "in the zone") which then fuels their own Intrinsic Desire to reach these moments more often. This turns the beautiful game of soccer into a tool for providing growth and happiness to those that I love!!
